Quiet and Clean Hotel, EXCELLENT stay!

The room I had was perfectly clean. It was also very quiet. I slept better than I have in a long time. The location was GREAT!!!
I found no staff on site during certain hours. The front door to the hotel didn't always close securely. I felt a little unsafe because of this. There was no bar or available breakfast service.

great location clean room

friendly staff clean room
the location provided convenient access to nearby attractions the room was clean upon arrival i found the staff helpful and friendly they explained everything clearly i felt the room had good value considering the peak holiday period
driving to the hotel the surrounding area looked run down it made me feel uneasy about leaving my car parked outside i had difficulty finding available parking on the street

wonderful stay with great hospitality

friendly host early arrival clean room useful fan
The host ash was friendly and helpful. he accommodated our early arrival by letting us store our suitcase. ash even offered to have our room ready if we called half an hour before returning. the room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. A mini fan was included, very useful on a warm night.
i noticed a slight delay during check-in as i waited a bit outside

i found the room very clean and it included tea, coffee and hot chocolate. the bed in the 'standard double room' was particularly comfortable.

the location is central, just a short walk to the tower. fresh towels were provided daily in my room and that was nice.

Excellent Short Stay

clean room friendly host ample tea
I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Ample tea and coffee were a nice touch. The host, Ash, was friendly and helpful (a true asset to the place!). It was great Ash let us leave our suitcase early. The room had everything we needed.
